Metro Cooking Class: Irish Food for St. Patrick’s Day

$119On Wednesday, March 15, 2017, I will be leading a class for Metro Continuing Education called Irish Food for St. Patrick’s Day.
This St. Patrick’s Day, forget about the green beer and other tacky novelties—instead, learn to prepare some classics of the Irish kitchen. Make soda bread from scratch, cure your own corned beef to be served with a side of colcannon and cap it off with a dessert of chocolate stout cake and authentic Irish coffee. We’ll also discuss the best beer and whiskey to enjoy with your dinner. Hands-on course.
