Usually serving true wild game in a restaurant (ie. trafficking in wild game) is super-illegal.  I have no idea how the Slow Food organizers put this together, but they managed to get approval.  This dinner is unprecedented, and important.  And it’s happening in RGE RD‘s new space.  I’m beyond thrilled to be a part of it.
